1. Applicable regulations

The second section of article 22 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, LSSI-CE), establishes the following:

According to the "Guide on the use of cookies", published by the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (hereinafter, AEPD) in 2013, the LSSI-CE is applicable to any type of file or device that It is downloaded to a user's terminal equipment in order to store data that can be updated and retrieved by the entity responsible for its installation.   • Behavioral advertising cookies: Are those that allow the management, in the most efficient way possible, of the advertising spaces that, if applicable, the editor has included in a web page, application or platform from which the requested service is provided. These cookies store information on the behavior of users obtained through the continued observation of their browsing habits, which allows developing a specific profile to display advertising based on it.

3. Principle of information
